| Appointment Scheduling Our goals is to be the best part of your day. We make it a top priority to value both you and your time. In order to obtain our goal of running on schedule for you, patients are seen on an appointment basis only. Since most of our patients are of school age, it is impossible for us to see everyone after school hours. We do take into account both work and school schedules; however, at times it will be necessary to schedule you during these periods. We will provide you with necessary proof of your orthodontic appointments for submission to your school or to your employer to verify absences. We ask for your cooperation and understanding in this matter. We ask that you be sure and schedule your next appointment before leaving the office. |

| While in orthodontic treatment, a patient must be seen every six to eight weeks for appliance adjustments in order to stay on schedule for treatment. We appreciate your effort to be on time for your appointments. If we are running behind it is because we are giving every patient our best effort, as we will do for you when your adjustment is being done. Late arrivals will usually need to be rescheduled if the patient is 10 minutes late. If you are unable to make your orthodontic appointment please call our office as soon as possible so we may reschedule you. Please realize that a missed appointment will be rescheduled for 4-6 weeks in the future. After three no-shows the patient will be charged a fee. Emergency Appointments We work hard to minimize emergencies with your help. Should you have broken appliances, please give our office a call so we may get you in at the earliest possible time. Please do not just drop by the office to have your appliance fixed. If any real emergency develops after office hours, please feel free to call the doctor at his home number. Office Hours Our normal patient days are Monday through Thursday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Friday is a training day but an assistant will be in the office for emergencies and the phones will be answered. We are closed for lunch from 12:00PM to 1:00PM. Cost/Fee Guidelines We work hard to make orthodontics affordable.. The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. The treatment fee does NOT include charges made by your regular dentist or oral surgeon for work rendered by either of them prior to, during, or after orthodontic treatment. We have payment plans to suit different budgets. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans, and file the necessary papers to the insurance company. If you have insurance, we will help you determine the coverage you have available. Our office is happy to cooperate with patients who have insurance; however, we do ask the following:
Fees In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:
